Trent Bice, Owner / Operator Allegra Print Mail Marketing / Image360

Trent grew up in the commercial print industry. He worked in his father’s Insty-Prints in Missoula, Mt. during high school and college. He ran an offset press and eventually graduated to outside sales for one of the two centers owned by his father. Trent took advantage of many training opportunities while working in the Insty-Prints franchise. He worked at Insty-Prints locations in Bozeman, Mt. and Spokane, WA in order to gain management experience from other franchisees.

Trent graduated from the University of Montana in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. Trent moved to Moscow, ID in September of 1994 with his wife Jodi and their new son Kade. They opened Insty-Prints of Moscow on October 31, 1994. Trent and Jodi thrived in their new business; winning Rookie of the Year from Insty-Prints corporate headquarters in 1995for highest sales for a first-year store. Along with business success they added a daughter, Bailey to their small family. Success followed with many annual sales achievement awards such as the Eagle Award and Gold Star sales-growth awards, along with many sales excellence awards from Insty-Prints franchise.

In 2007, Trent and Jodi decided to open a new location in Pullman, WA. At this time Insty-Prints was re-branded as Allegra Print & Imaging. Pullman offered them the opportunity to introduce signs into their successful business plan. They also expanded their family by one, Samuel. In the spring of 2014, the Pullman location moved to a larger facility that could accommodate their ever-growing sign business. At this time, Trent and Jodi decided to add Image360 Graphics, Signage & Displays to their business plan. Trent’s business philosophy is based the idea of keeping the local economy thriving. He believes that customer satisfaction is the key factor to a successful business. He upholds the belief that, “you should treat your customers like you would want to be treated.
